South Korea Green Tea

A green South Korean tea with the full aroma of the tea plant - EXCELLENT quality


In Korea green tea was traditionally produced by the Ku-Jung-Ku-Po method. This involves roasting the tea nine times and grinding it nine times in order to extract as many tannins from the leaves as possible. Tannin is the part of the tea leaf that gives the delicate flavor to the tea. The more tannin, the more flavor.
Today South Korea still has its very own way of producing tea. The result can be seen and tasted. Small hand-rolled leaves that envelop the aroma of the entire tea plant.
